Map and Rename Xtream Categories to M3U Group Names

A provider's category names are often messy and long ('TR | ULUSAL HD ᴴᴰ', 'DE: SPORT'). This tool fetches the Xtream live channels, lets you give each category a group name of your own, drops the ones you do not want and outputs the result as a neat M3U.
