XMLTV (EPG) Channel Filter: Shrink the File to Only the Channels You Want

General EPG files contain thousands of channels and hundreds of MB of data while your list may have a few hundred channels. The filter reduces the XMLTV file to only the channel ids you keep; the player loads much faster and uses less memory.
