M3U and EPG (XMLTV) Channel Matcher: Fill tvg-id Automatically

The M3U EPG matcher fills the tvg-id of your channels from an XMLTV guide. For the program guide to appear in IPTV, the tvg-id of every channel in the M3U must match a channel id in the XMLTV file. Because channel names in provider lists are often written like 'TR: ATV HD' or '┃TR┃ ATV ᴴᴰ', this match does not happen by itself. The tool links channels to the guide with the same automatic EPG matching logic the Göktürk IPTV app uses.
