Automatically Add Channel Logos and tvg-id to an M3U List

Channels without a logo and tvg-id look plain and have no EPG in the player. The tool matches channel names with thousands of channels in the open iptv-org database; for those found it adds the tvg-id and a logo address. Name matching uses Göktürk IPTV's channel-name rules.
