A major release that rethinks the whole experience, from setup to playback. The app is smaller, faster and syncs instantly across your devices.
New
Setup wizard. On first launch the logo animates into the corner of the wizard and the brand stays visible throughout. The welcome step offers QR sign-in or sign-up from your phone, continue with Google, continue with email (account existence is checked automatically, forgot password included) and continue without an account.
After sign-in the wizard continues with language (app and content), profile (name and icon), theme (with live preview), home layout (poster or landscape) and playback preferences (subtitles, audio language, maximum quality, Dolby Vision). Steps already covered by your account are skipped.
"What will you use?" step: IPTV and program guide, add-ons and catalogs, home server, tracking accounts. Only the steps for selected features are shown.
The IPTV step supports adding from your phone via QR (the list arrives on the device instantly), M3U, Xtream, Stalker portal and local file; added sources and channel loading progress are shown live. The EPG step offers Automatic, Semi-automatic (recommended) and Manual.
The home server step connects to Jellyfin, Emby and Plex with a code or username; the tracking step links TMDB, Trakt and SIMKL via QR.
The final step toggles 9 extra features on one screen: spoiler blur, next episode, best source, trailers, trailer sound, frame rate, AI subtitles, smooth scrolling, OLED black.
When you sign in and a cloud backup exists, you are asked "Restore backup / Start fresh"; restored settings skip their steps. The wizard can be reopened from Settings › About › Restart setup; it does not open on its own for existing users.
Hidden content. Live TV channels and categories, movies and series (single title or whole category) can be hidden. Long-press OK or press Menu in Movies and Series; use the channel or group menu in live TV. Hidden items are PIN-protected and can be restored from Filter drawer › Hidden and Settings › Hidden Content. A forgotten PIN can be reset with your account password. Hiding is account-wide and syncs to all devices and the user panel.
Network speed test. Runs in a dialog under Settings › Network with server selection: download, upload, ping, jitter, loaded latency, UDP packet loss; connection type, Wi-Fi speed, band and signal, local and public IPv4/IPv6, gateway, DNS servers, private DNS, MTU, provider and location, HTTP/TLS and DNS/TCP/TLS timings.
Automatic subtitles. If the audio language differs from the app language, subtitles turn on in the app language; otherwise they stay off. Also added to the default subtitle list in Settings.
IPTV series in one card. Series listed episode by episode (S01E01, 1x02, "Season 2 Episode 5"…) are grouped into a single series card; season and episode are picked on the series page. Duplicate titles in the same category are shown once.
New Movies / Series for phone and tablet. Featured carousel with TMDB artwork and logos, category chips, high-resolution posters, IMDb/TMDB/star rating badges, year, genre, runtime and season info, a "NEW" label; Carousel, Grid, Wide card and List layouts. The pencil icon opens a dialog for layout, card size, rating display, featured row, sorting, filters and category hiding; settings are backed up per profile to your account.
New bottom bar. A floating, glass-effect 5-item bottom bar on phone and tablet (Home, TV, Series, Movies, Settings). Search, Watchlist, Profile and Notifications moved to the top bar. In landscape, Settings sections are listed on the left.

Improvements
Movies and Series open in about 1 second (previously 8–15 s). Categories are cached and expired lists refresh in the background.
Startup speed. Startup profiles generated on a real TV box are now bundled. The app preloads home content at launch and keeps the last home screen; no blank screen after sign-in.
Smaller and lighter. App size dropped from 40.7 MB to 33.3 MB; memory use on a TV box is about 16% lower.
Settings reorganized. 9 categories instead of 14 sections: Account, Appearance, Playback, Language and Subtitles, Live TV, Home Server, Add-ons and Catalogs, Advanced, About. Each category has collapsible groups. On/off settings switch inline; multi-choice settings open a picker. Dependent settings are hidden while their parent is off.
New source picker. Full screen with a blurred backdrop of the title. Add-on chips on top, sources grouped by add-on. Sorting (Recommended, Quality, Size), quality, HDR/DV and size filters apply instantly; sorting is remembered per profile.
Play always opens the best source. The first eligible source in the sort order starts automatically; if none opens instantly, the app waits up to 10 s and Back cancels. If a source fails, 2 more are tried, then the source picker opens.
Instant sync. Settings, profiles, add-ons, catalogs, IPTV sources and notifications reach your other devices within seconds. Changes missed while offline are caught up on reconnect. Suspension, remote sign-out, device removal and maintenance mode also arrive instantly.
Images. Dedicated connection pool, 200 MB disk cache, memory-aware cache, posters sized to the card. Shimmer placeholders and smooth fade-in while loading; downloads pause while scrolling and upcoming rows preload.
Playback errors. Short messages and error codes by HTTP status: A10 Source blocked, A11 Link expired, A12 Content removed, A13 Too many requests, A14 Server not responding, A15 Connection lost, A16 Format not supported. Two-stage automatic retry for temporary errors.
All app copy was rewritten to be short and direct.
Delete and disconnect actions ask for confirmation; Cancel has default focus.
All dialogs moved to a single design that follows the theme and accent color, with open and close animations.
The unread count on the notification bell uses the theme color and animates.
Full-screen UI on phone and tablet; the home artwork starts at the very top and the top bar hides on scroll.
Text size on phone and tablet is a separate setting from TV.
The active profile is device-specific; switching profiles does not affect other devices.
The "Continue Watching" row appears in place on the first frame at launch.

Additional recovery steps when audio fails: audio is downmixed to stereo on that device (A08); if that fails, the stream plays muted with a notice (A09).
"No stream source" on some series episodes; matches in other categories are now tried too.

Our own EPG service. The app talks to epg.gokturkiptv.com instead of third-party sites. The service compiles many sources several times a day into country packs; the app downloads only the countries of the channels in your list. Channels are matched by name: accents, HD/FHD tags and prefixes such as "TR:" are tolerated; +1, regional and numbered channels are kept separate. Your provider's EPG always takes priority.
EPG settings have their own section; pick which countries to download from "EPG Countries". When the first IPTV source is added, you are asked whether to enable automatic EPG.
Theme system. 8 themes (Göktürk, Classic Black, Midnight Blue, Emerald, Gold, Evening Purple, Gray, White), text color, font and text size from 85% to 130%. Applied to every screen, synced to your account, editable in the user panel.
Sign in with SIMKL and SIMKL sync: watched state, watchlist, in-progress items and scrobbling during playback.
Sign in with a code. The sign-in screen shows a code and address; once approved in the user panel, the TV signs in automatically.
Home server. Browse and play Jellyfin, Emby and Plex inside the app. Up to 5 servers, Quick Connect and Plex PIN sign-in, libraries as home rows. Access tokens are stored encrypted on the device.
More sources. 4 extra M3U/EPG playlists on top of the main one; 2 extra Stalker portals. Movie, series and episode sources are resolved on Stalker.
Catch-up TV. On channels with archive, past programs can be picked from the guide with a "REC" label.
Live TV. SD/HD/FHD/4K alternative sources for the same channel, stream statistics (resolution, FPS, bitrate, buffer), program panel, PIN-locked channel groups, CH+/CH- and last-channel recall, drag-to-reorder categories.
Search rebuilt. Genre, rating, year, age rating, language and watched filters; sorting, people search, infinite scroll.
Library rebuilt. Watchlists, My Lists and Home Server tabs; Trakt and SIMKL lists in one place.
"See all" at the end of home rows.
Subtitles. Sync offset in 0.1 s steps within ±120 s and "Find best match".
Per-profile maximum quality and maximum file size for autoplay.
Notification center. Unread badge, targeted and scheduled notifications, one-time announcements at launch.
